This light concentrate with minerals and vitamins is a concentrate for drinks for the fast and comfortable production of calorie reduced and delicious drinks. Also adequate for children! 1 litre of our concentrate mixed with water makes up to 50 litres of a delicious drink!

Directions for use:

For liquid loss through sport activity drink 3 portions of 300ml per day along with normal liquid intake.

Great value drink concentrates for health conscious families! Important: the daily intake of liquids should be more than 2 liters! This light drink concentrate tastes good and delivers more finished drink (40L) than other concentrates. Not only during sport does one loose minerals and fluids through sweating. It is very important that these lost minerals and fluids are quickly replenished. A basic rule applies: more and earlier is better! Lost minerals must be reintroduced in to the body. Basic physiological medical guidelines for proper control of the fluid balance in the body rules out the use of drinks that are carbonated, contain caffeine or any other encumbering ingredients. A diminished calorie level due to dietary or medical reasons requires that special care be taken and attention paid to the calorie balance. So-called isotonic drinks contain just an average value of minerals that an athlete sweats out and does not compensate for when an athlete needs are more. The active athlete`s large amount of electrolyte concentrate lost through sweating (up to and over 50%) and the fluids loss through breathing (i.e. at mountain tours in high elevations up to several liters per day) is often not calculated. This concentrate restores the balance of Electrolytes. Compared to normal drinks, Gerner Light concentrate contains extra sodium, potassium and magnesium and also contains the exact minerals that the human body looses mainly through sweating.
