This protein powder is ideal for athletes with a lactose intolerance, but it has a very strong own taste. Egg-protein as a single component is not as good as a pure whey protein or milk protein mixed with water or milk. We recommend to athletes without lactose intolerance, a multi-component protein, which contains egg-protein. Egg-protein has a fairly high content of sulfur amino acids, which are important for hormone production. Furthermore, it has a relatively high biological value.
