What is a weight gainer?
The so called weight gainers were developed especially for bodybuilders. As you can see from its name the weight gainers shall help to increase the body mass. Especially for hardgainers, people who can gain weight hardly, the weight gainers are a good way for getting more muscles. A golden rule in bodybuilding is: Who wants to get muscles has to train hard and eat more calories than needed. The only problem is that most people do not have the time to eat 5 or 6 times a day. This would be necessary in order to gain more energy than is needed for the training. A weight gainer shake contains carbohydrates and energy as much as a complete meal. But it is digestible better and saves time. With a weight gainer you drink as much calories as needed for muscle forming.
Reccomended consumption:
We suggest to drink one shake directly after the training in order to fill the empty energy reserves. It also good to drink another shake between the meals in order to assure a continued supply of all nutrients. On days of training you should drink 3 shakes per day in the beginning stage and on free days 1 or 2 shakes.
